Our first full conference day offers plenty of opportunities to make connections with fellow attendees, offer service, and experience personal spiritual growth both indoors and out.

We’ll get started early with guided yoga on the dock by the lake followed by devotional study led by regional church leaders. After a tasty breakfast, we’ll have an opportunity to provide service to a non-profit organization serving those in need in the Rochester area. Just before lunch, we’ll hold a brief speed-dating session for those interested. The afternoon will offer a choice of practical and uplifting workshops followed by engaging outdoor activities. After dinner, we’ll have a cutting-edge dance DJ’d by a dynamic team of local YSAs, preceded by just enough dance instruction to help everyone feel comfortable on the dance floor.
